The lower pool heat has been turned off for the winter months
and is expected to re-open on April 1st, 2025.
The upper pool, which is the one located by the tennis courts will remain heated.

For ANY interior leaks do not call the Property Advantage emergency number.
Owners must talk to their insurance company and if the leak is from a second story unit, contact the second story's resident/tenant/owner directly.
If a renter is unable to reach the owner, call the Property Advantage non emergency number
and have them contact the owner.
If a first floor resident is unable to reach the second floor owner,
call the Property Advantage non emergency number and have them contact the owner.
The HOA does not repair interior leaks.
