Interior Leaks 
For ANY interior leaks, do not call the Property Advantage emergency number. Owners must contact their insurance company. 
  • If the leak is from a second story unit, contact the second story's resident/tenant/owner directly.
  • If a renter is unable to reach the owner, call the Property Advantage non-emergency number and have them contact the owner.
  • If a first floor resident is unable to reach the second floor owner, call the Property Advantage non-emergency number and have them contact the owner.
  • The HOA and Property Advantage do not repair interior leaks.
