Electronic Voting for the 2026 Sea Point Board Election
Sea Point is introducing electronic voting in 2026. Owners will be able to vote securely using a computer, tablet, or smartphone.
 
Important Dates
  • Voting opens: Voting is now open -- please vote now!
  • Voting closes: Monday, September 21, 2026, at 5:00 p.m.
Owners are encouraged to vote early to avoid last-minute technical or email-access issues.

How to Vote Electronically
  1. Once voting opens (check your email for an announcement), go to www.3pv.app/vote/start to access the election website.
  2. Enter the email address you have registered with the HOA. If that email address is not recognized, try another email address associated with your household, such as your spouse’s or co-owner’s email address.
  3. A 6-digit verification code will be sent to that email address.
  4. Check your email, then return to the election website and enter the 6-digit code.
  5. You will then be able to complete and submit your ballot.
Important: The 6-digit code is not provided in advance. It will be emailed to you immediately when you enter your email address on the election website. You must therefore have access to your email account when you vote.
 
Who Can Vote Electronically?
Owners with a valid email address registered with the HOA can vote electronically unless they previously opted out and requested a paper ballot.
 
Paper Ballots
Owners who opted out of electronic voting or do not have an email address registered with the HOA will receive a paper ballot by mail at least 30 days before the election.
 
If an email sent to an electronic voter cannot be delivered, a paper ballot will also be mailed to that owner.
 
Tracking Voter Participation
After voting opens, the ballot tracking dashboard will display the total number of ballots received, including both electronic and paper ballots. Please note that the ballot count does not update immediately.

What do I need to vote electronically?
You will need:

  • Access to the email account registered with the HOA
What if I cannot find the original email from Third Party Voting (3PV)?
You do not need the original email. Simply go to www.3pv.app/vote/start and enter the email address registered with the HOA. A 6-digit verification code will then be emailed to you. Enter that code on the election website to access your ballot.
 
What if I do not receive the 6-digit code?
First, check your spam or junk folder. Also make sure you entered the same email address that is registered with the HOA. If you still do not receive the code, contact Property Advantage for assistance.
