During office hours, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., residents should call (951) 973-0083 and ask for Sara Sciannamea.
There are no extensions.
There will always be someone to answer the phone, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. In emergencies requiring immediate attention, e.g., major damage or something that is causing damage, as in the case of a broken plumbing line, faulty irrigation, etc., then Sara Sciannamea's secretary will assist by contacting her emergency page if necessary.
For ANY interior leaks do not call the Property Advantage emergency number.
After Hours
After-hours calls (after 5 p.m. and before 9:00 a.m.) are handled by an answering service, which then contacts Sara Sciannamea. Please do not call after hours and claim to have an emergency unless there is a true emergency.
E-mail
E-mail should only be used for customer service issues, e.g., a light is out or a lawn is over-watered.

Contacting the Sea Point Board of Directors
If you wish the Board to address concerns you may have, please convey them by sending a letter by U.S. mail or by fax to Property Advantage. Do not use e-mail as a method of contacting the Board.

- Garage Door Safety Tests; Lubrication – residents’ periodic monitoring of Emergency Release Handle, Door Balance, Springs (tenants discuss maintenance with owner.)

- Waste Management Company – scheduling FREE pickups of large recycle items.
- The Owner/Resident/Tenant Information Form – complete/submit to HOA Manager within 5 days after move-in.
