Some pages in Sea Point's website are accessible only to homeowners. Homeowners can sign up for access to these pages by following the steps below. Please allow 3-4 business days for account approval and access.

  2. Fill in the requested information. Enter your name exactly as it appears on the property deed.*
  3. Click the Submit button.
  4. Within 3-4 business days, you will receive an email with instructions on how to log on to the website.
     
    * If your property is owned by a trust/corporation: In the Last Name field, please enter your last name followed by the trust/corporation's name in parentheses. For example: Smith (Landmark Trust).
