Sea Point's Rules and Regulations apply to all
Sea Point homeowners, tenants, and guests. |
Important Notices:
Charging electric cars, e-bikes, e-skateboards, etc. is strictly prohibited in Sea Point detached garages. Also prohibited in detached garages: running electric appliances (for example, refrigerators, freezers, etc.) or operating electric power tools. These types of electrical use in the detached garages are a fire hazard -- the electrical wiring cannot handle the additional current. See the above link for more information.
This form is used for residents to get permission to have groups of 6-25 at the pool on a specific date. The normal guest maximum is 4. During your event, the pool must remain open to other residents. More information on Sea Point's requirements for pool parties.
