  • How to tap your key card on the reader
  • If your key card no longer works, please return it to the property management company and, after it has been checked, a free replacement card will be issued to you.
  • If you do not return the defective card, you will be charged $ 100.00 for a replacement card.
  • Running a key card through a washer/dryer or dropping it into the hot tub will demagnetize the card. Cards placed close to cell phones, magnetic closure cases, or magnets can also demagnetize the card. The card will no longer work and a charge may be required to replace the demagnetized card.
