Sea Point homeowners who lease or rent their unit are required to submit an Owner/Tenant Information Form to the Association
This requirement is mandated by the Association's governing documents and Rules & Regulations |
Sea Point homeowners are required to submit the Owner/Tenant Information Form within 7 days of tenant occupancy.
Owners who fail to comply may be subject to enforcement action as permitted by the Association's governing documents.
The form can be submitted by email or U.S. mail.

Maintaining accurate occupancy records is not just an administrative matter. It is critical for several important reasons:
- FHA Certification Compliance: The Association must periodically report owner-occupancy and tenant-occupancy information. Inaccurate records can negatively impact the Association's FHA eligibility and certification status, which may affect owners' ability to obtain certain types of mortgage financing.
- Emergency Situations: In the event of an emergency, water intrusion, fire, security issue, evacuation, or other urgent matter, the Association must have accurate contact information for the individual currently residing in the unit.
- Community Operations: Accurate records help ensure the Association can communicate important notices, maintenance information, and emergency updates to residents when necessary.
The Board appreciates your prompt attention to this matter and your cooperation in helping maintain accurate Association records for the benefit and protection of the entire community.
