During office hours, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., residents should call (760) 436-1144 and ask for Jill Schilling, Community Manager. There are no extensions. There will always be someone to answer the phone, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. In emergencies requiring immediate attention, e.g., major damage or something that is causing damage, as in the case of a broken plumbing line, faulty irrigation, etc., then Jill Schilling's secretary will assist by contacting her by emergency page if necessary.
After Hours
After-hours calls (after 5 p.m. and before 8:30 a.m.) are handled by an answering service, which then contacts Jill Schilling. Please do not call after hours and claim to have an emergency unless there is a true emergency.
E-mail
E-mail should only be used for customer service issues, e.g., a light is out or a lawn is over-watered. E-mail Jill Schilling at: jill@lindsaymgt.com
Contacting the Sea Point Board of Directors
If you wish the Board to address concerns you may have, please convey them by sending a letter by U.S. mail or by fax to Lindsay Management. Do not use e-mail as a method of contacting the Board.
